Love this.. take it twice a day, once in the morning with my coffee and again in the afternoon the flavour isn't bad once you get used to it. The biggest thing I've noticed is that it gets rid of grogginess in the morning— it used to take me about an hour to feel fully awake. Cheers, will be ordering more !
